If your services has cored and generated a corefile please include a backtrace in your email, and keep the corefile and binary in case they are needed by the developers.

To generate a gdb backtrace:
cd /path/to/rserv
gdb rserv <corefile>

To get the backtrace, at the gdb prompt type:
bt full
