You may convert hybserv dbs into sqlite dbs for use with ratbox-services using a tool provided by Jilles Tjoelker. The converter is written in perl and available for download: here. The converter itself contains important notes about conversion that should be read before use.

To use the converter, first copy your nick.db and chan.db from hybserv into the directory you installed ratbox-services to. Then run:
    ./hybservtorserv.pl >import.txt
    sqlite services.db < schema.txt
    sqlite services.db < import.txt
